An elite team from the Army Special Forces Group (Green Berets) will take you through an exercise from a mission brief, execution of the mission/exercise, and an after action review. The focus will be on what business leaders can learn from how the Green Berets execute on their mission "de oppresso liber" (to free the oppressed). How they work as teams, always get better, improvise, and create an atmosphere to do what others think to be daunting or impossible.

They will also discuss how they accomplish their mission as warrior diplomats and achieve success by winning over local groups in order to make "one gun into 100 guns."
